The city speaks, if you know how to listen. Lately, I’ve been drawn to the places where old meets new in urban environments. Think crumbling brick walls juxtaposed with sleek, modern glass towers. It's where history is scratched and painted all over our contemporary experience.
I've been fascinated to try and capture it. The image prompt here seeks to take that sense of place that I saw, and recreate it in a print, focusing on reflections and the human scale in all that space. I picture 'Urban Echoes' on a t-shirt, particularly a black or dark grey one to really let the city lights stand out. But It could also look awesome as a wall poster, a reminder that beauty and peace exist, in unexpected locations, even in our daily commutes, you know?
